The Life Compass is a guide that covers ten areas often considered meaningful to most people.
In each section, write a few words about what you value or find important in that area.
In the left-hand box, rate how important each area is in your life on a scale from 1 to 10, where 1 is not important and 10 is very important. Reflect on what life would look like if everything were just the way you wished.
In the right-hand box, assess how much you have actually lived in alignment with your values over the past week.
Reflect on the difference between the two numbers. By exploring these gaps, you can identify opportunities for change and find guidance to live more in line with your values.
To get the most out of the worksheet, we recommend using it in combination with therapy sessions.
