These Terms & Conditions govern purchases from Mind Grow Goods (Livith Group AB) at www.mindgrowgoods.com.

2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You provide accurate information

  • You are at least 18 years old (or have guardian permission)
     

Accepted payment methods:

  • Stripe

  • Klarna

  • Credit/debit cards

  • Other methods shown at checkout

We may cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock errors, or incorrect pricing.
 

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to: Europe and Global

Processing time: 12–48 hours (business days)
Delivery time: varies by destination and carrier

Shipping fees are shown at checkout.

If a package is unclaimed or returned due to incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
 

4. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving your order to exercise your EU right of withdrawal.

Return requirements:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Customer pays return shipping unless otherwise stated

  • Contact us before returning: mindgrowgoods@gmail.com

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
 

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Digital products

  • Customized or made-to-order items
     

6. Damaged or Defective Goods

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • Include order number and photo documentation
    We will replace or refund according to consumer rights.
     

7. Product Information

We aim for accurate descriptions and images.
However, minor variations in materials, colors, or packaging may occur.

We reserve the right to update product information at any time.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages such as:

  • Loss of income

  • Business interruption

  • Data loss

Our maximum liability is the value of the purchased item.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law.
