Shipping & Delivery Policy


We are committed to getting your tools for growth to you as quickly as possible. Please find our shipping timelines and terms below.



1. Processing & Handling (Global)
 

  • Order Cutoff Time: 18:00 [6:00 PM] (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Stockholm).
     

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after the cutoff on Friday or during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

2. Transit Times & Shipping Costs


Transit times represent the time from when the package leaves our warehouse until it reaches your door.
 

  • Domestic (Sweden):

    • Transit Time: 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday).

    • Shipping Cost: Flat rate 45 SEK. Free for orders over 800 SEK. Calculated at checkout.
       

  • International (Europe & Rest of World):

    • Transit Time: 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that transit times may vary slightly based on your specific location and local postal services.

    • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

 

 

 

​​3. Returns & Refunds
 

Return Window We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.   Holiday Extension: Orders placed in November and December may be returned until January 31st.

Return Conditions & Process To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
 

  • Initiate: Reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at mindgrowgoods@gmail.com.

  • Instructions: We will provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

  • Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to our location in Sweden.
     

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Unclaimed Parcels & Issues

​

  • Unclaimed Parcels: If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the address was incorrect, we will issue a refund for the product. However, the original shipping cost and any return fees charged by the carrier will be deducted.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at mindgrowgoods@gmail.com so we can resolve it.
