Behind Mind Grow Goods:
A Journey from Insight to Tools
My name is Kira Couo, I am a Certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and the founder of Mind Grow Goods. The idea for this brand wasn't born in a boardroom, but through my own life journey.
As a parent of two living in Gothenburg and working within global innovation, I am used to a fast-paced life. However, I have also had to learn how to surf through life's deepest valleys.
By navigating some of life's deepest challenges and major transitions - from personal loss to profound physical changes like Alopecia Universalis - I arrived at a vital insight: It’s not about where you are, but how you handle it.

From Experience to Tangible Tools
I am convinced that with the right mindset, we can handle most things life throws at us. But to maintain focus when things get stormy, we need small, daily reminders – what we in psychology call nudging.
I realized that the knowledge I had gathered needed to become something physical; tools that you can carry with you and use in everyday life to train your brain and support your nervous system.
Based on Science and Understanding
With a foundation as a Certified CBT Therapist and NLP Coach, my products rest on proven methods for mental training. I combine these tools to create simple everyday support that helps you navigate with a little more self-compassion.
I know that daily life can look different when the brain works in its own unique way. That’s why our tools are designed to be a gentle support for those in need of focus, self-regulation, or simply a moment of calm.
A Small Business with Personal Care
Mind Grow Goods is operated by my company, Livith Group AB (559437-6179). We are a small business rooted in Mölndal, Sweden, serving customers all over the world.
There are no large, anonymous warehouses here – every product is produced, quality-checked, and packed with hands-on care by me personally. My goal is that every package leaving Mölndal will be a step on the way toward a kinder and more focused mindset for you.
