Teach your child the important skill of understanding and expressing their feelings using the “Feelings Diary”. Inspired by cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychological principles, the “Feelings Diary” is designed to help children explore and understand their emotions in a playful and engaging way.

In the pack you get 10 cards that have a simplified Emotion Wheel for kids. The Wheel of Emotion is based on the Wheel of Emotion developed by psychologist Robert Plutchik, Ph. D.

On the back of each card is an “Feelings Diary” where the child can explore and practice expressing their own feelings.

The cards are printed on thicker paper in A6 size and are easy to keep at the kitchen table or carry in your bag. The “Feelings Diary” cards come in 10 packs and are delivered in a resealable envelope.

By writing or drawing, the child learns to put their feelings into words and at the same time reflect on their experiences and understand that emotions can be both nuanced and changeable.

+ Cognitive Development: By using this set, children are encouraged to develop their cognitive ability by learning to identify and put their feelings into words.

+ Emotional Intelligence: Exploring emotions and expressing them in a safe environment promotes a child's emotional intelligence and well-being.

+ Self-awareness: By regularly reflecting on their feelings in the emotion journal, the child is encouraged to become more self-aware and understand themselves better.

+ Help your child explore their feelings in a fun and meaningful way with the “Feelings Diary”. Give them a strong foundation to navigate through life's various emotional challenges and opportunities.
