Shipping & Returns

At Mind Grow Goods Webshop, we're committed to ensuring your orders are packed and dispatched promptly. We aim to have your items ready for shipment within 12-48 hours, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Keep an eye on your inbox for a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once your order is on its way!

 

 

Unclaimed Parcels

Unclaimed parcels are those returned to us because they couldn't be delivered to the provided address. In such cases, we'll issue a refund; however, the original shipping cost (both outbound and return) will be deducted.
 

To avoid this situation, please monitor your shipment's progress using the provided tracking information. If you encounter any delays or suspect an issue, don't hesitate to reach out to us or the shipping company. If you've changed your mind about your items, you can simply initiate a return, which is faster than waiting for an automatic return, which can take months.

 

 

Returns

At Mind Grow Goods Webshop, you have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your item to request a return. For orders placed in November and December, this return window is extended until January 31. We accept returns for any reason, no questions asked!

 

To ensure your return qualifies for a refund, please make sure your item is in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Additionally, retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 

Return Process

Initiating a return is hassle-free. Simply reply to one of the confirmation emails with your order information, and we'll provide you with detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items sent to us without starting the return process won't be eligible for a refund.

 

Shipping Fees

When it comes to shipping fees, approved refunds will have the original shipping cost deducted. If you benefited from a free shipping offer, the original cost of that shipping service will also be deducted. Please arrange and cover the return shipping costs to our designated return address in Sweden for all returns.

 

Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged or defective item or if you've received the wrong item, please inform us immediately so we can rectify the situation.

 

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, you can expect to see the refunded amount credited to your original payment method within 3-10 business days. If it has been more than 10 business days and you have not received your refund, please don't hesitate to email us. Your satisfaction is our priority!
